Our humble beginning as a casual neighborhood pizzeria is still a part of who we are today. We opened up the first restaurant in 2011 as a gathering spot for people who love pizza and crave innovative and genuine cooking. That first location the eclectic and creatively-driven Miami Design District still buzzes with friends and family hanging out over craft beer and their favorite pies.
It all hangs in the balance. Our team spends a lot of time thinking about the food coming out of the kitchen, and how each individual dish satisfies criteria that will make it delicious. We favor balance of texture, temperature and color and always exercise restraint when creating a dish or selecting pizza toppings. When it comes together it's a magic combination.
We spent years perfecting how we do everything in the restaurant. At Genuine Pizza we hone every detail so that the experience exceeds expectations, from the precise amount of time to let the dough rise to the specific mixer required to the perfect ingredients combinations. And the work is never quite finished!
